The house has entrances from both, the front and barbecue area to the same central hallway, which separates the two sleeping areas of the house. In this hall there is a full bathroom with a large shower. In front of it, there is a small bedroom with two single beds.

Each sleeping area has a door that allows maximum privacy between environments. The kitchen next to the barbacue entrance has a swinging door that opens directly onto the dinning room.

 

The kitchen is modern but with a rustic look, wide windows for natural light and plenty of marble counter space for food preparation. It is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a dryer.
 

The living room is a very large, completely separated from the kitchen and it measures 65 m2 with large windows for natural light. The living room has a 3 seater sofa and a couple of armchairs on each side of a table game in front of a large fireplace.

 

The dining table seats up to 10 people but it can be extended  to reach 14 seats.
